Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to make an appointment

Please feel free to give to call, text or email for your appointment or you can have the convenience of online booking

What should I wear to my session?

You remain fully clothed during reflexology sessions. Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is recommended. If you are coming from work or cannot change, that is perfectly fine.

Is reflexology painful?

Reflexology should not be painful. Some areas may feel more sensitive than others, especially where the body is holding tension or imbalance. Any discomfort is usually brief and often followed by a sense of release or relaxation.

What will I feel during a session?

Each person experiences reflexology differently. Common sensations include deep relaxation, warmth, lightness, or gentle energy shifts. Some clients feel sleepy, energized, or deeply calm during and after their session.

How will I feel after my session?

Many people report feeling relaxed, grounded, or refreshed. Others may feel thirsty, sleepy, or experience mild detox responses such as increased urination. These effects are normal and usually short-lived.

How often should I receive reflexology?

Frequency depends on your goals. Some clients benefit from weekly or biweekly sessions during times of stress or imbalance, while others prefer monthly maintenance sessions for overall wellness.

What is lymphatic drainage and how does it differ from massage?

Lymphatic drainage is a gentle, rhythmic therapy that supports the body’s detoxification and immune systems. Unlike deep tissue massage, it uses very light pressure and slow movements to encourage lymph flow rather than working deeply into muscles.

Will lymphatic drainage make me feel tired?

It can. Many clients feel deeply relaxed or sleepy afterward. This is a natural response as the body processes fluid movement and releases tension. Staying hydrated and resting after your session is recommended.

Is cupping safe?

Yes. Cupping therapy is generally safe when performed by a trained practitioner. Temporary marks may appear on the skin, which are not bruises and typically fade within a few days.

Do I need to do anything after my session?

We recommend drinking plenty of water, allowing yourself time to rest, and paying attention to how your body feels over the next 24 hours. Gentle movement and relaxation support the benefits of your treatment.

Is reflexology a replacement for medical care?

Reflexology and massage therapies are complementary wellness services and are not intended to replace medical diagnosis or treatment. They work best as part of an overall wellness approach.
