Your body has seven main chakras—energy centers that align with your endocrine system, nerve clusters, and organs. When they’re out of sync, it can show up as stress, fatigue, or simply feeling “off” in ways that are hard to explain.
At The Wellness Loft Co, Michele blends Reiki energy with crystal work to gently bring these centers back into alignment, one at a time.
Chakra Balancing Session
Crystals hold a stable energy of their own, and Michele uses them alongside Reiki to intensify and direct that energy where it’s needed most. The pace is slow and meditative this is a session to sink into, not push through.
What to Expect During a Chakra Balancing Visit
You’ll lie down fully clothed, with crystals placed along different points of the body as Michele works.
During your session:
- Crystals are placed at points corresponding to each of the seven chakras
- Michele pairs this with Reiki energy to support alignment
- Expect a deeply relaxing, meditative state some people fall asleep
